ELM Projects ("the App") is a project-management and engineering-lifecycle tool operated by O'Connor Design for Race Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you sign in and use the App.

Information we collect

• Google account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to identify your account and display your name in the App.
• Google Drive access — If you upload attachments, the App requests limited Google Drive access (drive.file) to store files you choose to attach to tasks or projects. We do not access other files in your Drive.
• Application data — Content you create in the App (projects, tasks, comments, engineering records, activity) is stored in our database to provide the service.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Display your profile and attribute actions (comments, assignments, mentions) to you.
• Sync project and parts data with the ABC_ELM Excel workbook used by your team.
• Store file attachments you upload via Google Drive.

We do not sell your personal information. The App is intended for authorized Race Inc and O'Connor Design team members only.

Where data is stored

Account and application data are hosted using Supabase (database and authentication). File attachments may be stored in Google Drive under your organization's configured folder. Infrastructure may be hosted on Vercel and related cloud providers.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to operate the App. Contact us to request deletion of your profile or associated data where applicable.
