By accessing ELM Projects ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by O'Connor Design for Race Inc engineering and project-management use.

Authorized use

Access is limited to users authorized by Race Inc or O'Connor Design. You must sign in with an approved Google account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access data you are not permitted to view.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the App.
• Use the App only for legitimate business purposes related to Race Inc projects.
• Do not interfere with the App, other users, or connected systems (Excel sync, Drive).

Service availability

The App is provided as-is. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to your team where possible. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

Intellectual property

Project data you enter remains subject to your organization's policies. The App software, branding, and documentation are owned by O'Connor Design and Race Inc as applicable.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
